"The owner and staff were exceptionally friendly and caring. The property has everything you need plus some! The breakfast was to die for. Will definitely be back "
"My family and I enjoyed our stay very much, the breakfast staff and the good were very nice. Clean dinning area. Front desk receptionist and manager were welcoming friendly and attentive always answered all of our questions with respect and knowledge. The room did smell some what moldy that's the only down side of the hotel but it wasn't an over barring smell it was torable. The pool was area was clean and enjoyable for my family and I we had a nice family trip. I definitely recommend the hotel "

"So thankful to the whole staff for being so friendly and welcoming, but specifically ms Laura & ms Brenda. They went over the top to make us feel important and even brought my son a popsicle at breakfast. I don’t think we’ve ever stayed at a hotel where everyone was so nice and friendly. "
"Conveniently located close to LSU hospital which helps when you have loved ones there for medical needs. Nice, clean, and courteous service. Would definitely come here again!"

"I was concerned when I pulled into the facility because a contractor is repairing an exterior wall on the building.
I thought there would be a lot of noise and Debrie flying around, "excess dust".
I was pleasantly surprised that neither of these where a problem. The staff was very accommodating; the facility was very clean and enjoyable. I will definitely book a reservation at this facility the next time I'm coming to Shreveport. "
"Pool and view were AMAZING! Very relaxing! Very close to so many great restaurants, 15 minutes from prime shopping! Check in was quick, parking very easy & employees were kind. "
