"TV didn't work - had to change rooms because it is tied into the billing. maintenance team tried to fix it. Then were fine. Breakfast made my husband and I sick. Could have been the greasy thin bacon that was way overcooked. The new room had a bathroom faucet that had very little water coming out of it. We called maintenance and the guy came looked at it and decided it was the faucet filter that needed changed. He changed it and we didn't have any more problems with it. The thermostat on...

"A beautiful and well-lit Victorian home in a wonderful neighborhood, conveniently located near many of the best attractions in Shreveport and Bossier City. The room was very clean, and you can tell a lot of care and thought has gone into the B&B. Our host John was incredibly generous, providing plenty of snacks, coffee and toiletries. We unfortunately missed his famous breakfast due to time constraints but we highly recommend staying here!"

"Rooms need renovating. Furnace was old and hard to regulate air/heat. Room was humid. Shade was broken therefore no sunlight was able to come into the room. "

"We arrived late and the front desk staff were not welcoming though we paid well over $200 for a room for one night. The room was dirty, I saw a hair on the small towels, finger print on the bathroom door (gross) and the bed was made but looked like someone sat of it as there were prints. Again, paid $200. "Balcony in suite was completely disgusting so much pollen and dirt on the floor and table you can write your name .According to the staff the bug we found in our sheets was from the outside . We asked house keeping to clean our room after wards , new bedding , new towels .We left that morning came back at 3pm nothing was done . We called down to atleast get new towels and the front desk asked can we bring down the dirty one which I have never been asked before . They eventually brought towels...

"I stood outside the locked doors ringing the buzzard for 20 minutes until some older woman in pajamas opened the doors. I then stood at the counter for an addition 30 minutes calling the hotel so i could check in. Numerous homeless people arou d the property and staff looks like theyre in a half way house. I canceled my reservation on the spot and went to holiday Inn"
