"Property was very clean and comfortable. Quiet also had great parking and the pool area was amazing. Water was a bit cold and there were no coffee filters But I will give it five stars highly recommended"

"The condo has very comfortable furniture with a kitchen that is stocked with all of the essential plates, silverware, glasses and cooking utensils. The location is fabulous as the beach is not crowded and is much more interesting than most beaches on Hilton Head as it is on the sound and has lots of interesting estuaries within easy walking distance. Lots of sea birds including two bald eagles, as well as sea grasses, oyster beds, rocks and more.."

"Property has all one needs for a relaxing getaway. Unit is clean, and well appointed. No need to bring beach towels because there are some in the unit. Additionally there are beach chairs along with an umbrella. Beach is a short walk down a wooden boardwalk. When you return there are showers and foot washing areas to rinse. Restaurants are also a short walk up the street. Enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back soon. "

"Though small this unit has everything you need. Very comfortable bed. Kitchen small but nearly everything you need to cook. Plenty of china and pots and pans. But you are on vacation! Short walk to the beach. Convenient to stores and restaurants. Good for a couple but might be tight for four."

"This condo is just darling, and has every amenity you could possibly need. The community has the biggest pool on the island, plus two bars and a restaurant, and is located within a ton of restaurants and shops. We stayed at HHI Beach & Tennis Resort two years ago but not this unit, and this one has a far better view. Waking up every morning to the sun coming up and flooding the living area, and seeing the moonrise over the water with its reflection shining on the balcony. The lighthouse...

"Was exactly what we expected for the price, nice resort, lots of things to do. By no means was the ritz carlton but was definitely worth the price. Will rent again"

"Dissapointed that no mention made in listing of ebikes being banned on property. We specifically chose HH for numerous bike trails. Other than that, the condo and view are great."

"The house is in a great, quiet neighborhood and a very short walk to the beach. Crazy amount of rooms and sleeping space that we didnt use but would be great for a little family get together. Pool and hot tub that are perfect size and the pool people came and serviced the pool with no disturbance. Garbage was collected from back of house with no disturbance. When we 1st pulled up to the property I was a bit concerned about the size from the outside, but once we were inside that was no longer a question. The place is incredible! Well maintained, clean, great layout for such a large group, and incredibly spacious. Slept 9 comfortably and we all had plenty of space. Everything was exactly as advertised and we had no issues at all with anything not working. Washer and dryer were very nice to have....
