"Location, location, location This place is walkable distance to the beach has plenty of restaurants around and large grocery store nearby Very nice spacious clean place with great set up of balcony, dining and full fully loaded kitchen, large pool and plenty activities to do Like indoor games"

"We loved the ocean view!! Easy access, well equipped, very comfortable, unit was renovated with nice decor. We really enjoyed our stay. We will definitely come back soon!"

"Stayed for the Thanksgiving holiday with my extended family of 15. Communication with the host was easy, the house was in excellent condition and the location right on the beautiful beach was a huge bonus. The house is huge but a funky layout. Only 6 of the bedrooms have bathrooms, because the master suite has 2 full Bathrooms. Would definitely suggest this house. Loved our stay. "

"Perfect. Beautiful resort and really lovely unit. We had a 3 bedroom and it is huge. Was able to host our Christmas get together and the views are beautiful. Can’t imagine a negative comment…"

"The villa was clean, cute, had everything we needed, and was in a perfect location. We would stay again. "

"We had a relaxing stay on Hilton Head Island. We loved the slower, more relaxed pace at the north end of the island. We walked around the tidal flats for hours when the tide was out. There are also busier white sand beaches 10-15 minutes away. There is so much to do in the area. We spent one day in Savannah. The only negative was we had difficulty regulating the water temperature in the shower in the mornings. Otherwise, the condo was very comfortable and had everything we needed. "

"This property was in a great location. It was awesome to be able to bike everywhere! The house itself is somewhat dated and the lighting in the bedrooms was lacking. This made it difficult when trying to get ready to go out. The kitchen is adequate. I would have rather had a Keurig coffee maker rather than again an outdated basic Black and Decker. Kitchen was not great if you are preparing dinner for a group. With that being said again the location was great!"

"The house is in a great, quiet neighborhood and a very short walk to the beach. Crazy amount of rooms and sleeping space that we didnt use but would be great for a little family get together. Pool and hot tub that are perfect size and the pool people came and serviced the pool with no disturbance. Garbage was collected from back of house with no disturbance. Lastly the checkin process was absolutely seamless. We did have one of the basement doors would not lock and with one text to vacasa...

"Was exactly what we expected for the price, nice resort, lots of things to do. By no means was the ritz carlton but was definitely worth the price. Will rent again"

"We loved everything about this unit! Beautifully decorated, modern, clean, and updated unit with everything you could possibly need for a terrific vacation on the ocean. The view of the ocean and sound of the waves from the balcony was perfection. Only a 2 minute walk to the pool and 2 more minutes to the beach. Loved that beach chairs and a wagon are provided. The host was wonderful and very accessible.accessinle"

"Liked staff very nice. did not like being on a floor with students there for a basketball tournament. Running up and down hall at 10.00pm and 1:30pm. Otherwise our stay would have bee great. Also have not received my bill, receipt."
