"We came for a short 2 day getaway. We actually left after 1 day due to the snow and ice coming in. Our visit was short, but we enjoyed our time there. This condo was clean and well appointed. There are a couple things that show its age, but nothing to detract from our visit. It is a 3rd floor unit with no elevator, so if you have mobility issues, you will want to take that into consideration. This is an end unit, so it is next to the stairway which is convenient. "

"Our recent stay at The Spa on Hilton Head Island was truly one for the books! The location is excellent—just steps from a beautiful sandy beach overlooking the Port Royal Sound. Plus, the proximity to shopping and restaurants is a great bonus.The condo itself is immaculate! It has been completely upgraded with cozy furniture and a well-equipped kitchen. The linens and towels are provided for both bedrooms and bathrooms, and the owner even supplies beach chairs and toys in a storage container.For...

Bedroom TVs did not work and needed service from provider. Did not like TV channel option on living room TV. No local channels, no sports and everything was old reruns of shows. "

"The apartment had everything we needed. Location was great. It would be helpful to have somewhere to hang the towels in the bathrooms, but it is very minor. Other than that the property is on the older side, but met our needs. "

"The property was clean, well kept, and well stocked. Brian, the owner, was rapidly responsive to any inquiries or needs. Love the location next-door to Coligny. Also like being able to walk to the beach with ease. I wish the folks at Coligney would tell their leaf blower people not to start at 6:45 AM. That is not the property owner‘s fault and does not affect our writing of the property."

"Property as described. Clean and comfortable, king bed was great. Location and access to beach was great. We used the pickleball courts which were a nice added bonus. Only thing I’d recommend was an additionalBlanket or two. The weather was cold while we were there and we got a little chilly in the evenings."

"Hi Matt, as previously experienced your place was beautiful. Sadly, I spent three days in the hospital with my husband because he had a tumor in his bladder. They discovered after you started bleeding. And when we got back to the condo on Thursday evening, I fell and shattered my heel and broke my ankle. we truly love your place though and hope we will be able to come back"

"This is a great location for accessing the northern beach at Fish Haul. Very quiet property. The TVs in the 2 bedrooms worked fine.The TV in the main living space was beyond frustrating with 3 remotes - spectrum, roku, and insignia and no instructions. For heaven sakers, leave a guide for your guests!"

"This was a beautiful condo with excellent amenities! Beds comfortable, kitchen stocked, and condo is clean. The pools and resort bar/restaurant are so nice. The host was easy to communicate with. I would recommend!!"
