Comfy beds, beautiful linens, plenty of thick towels, nice tiled bathroom. One of the nicest cottages we’ve ever rented. They even put up a little Xmas tree for us! "

"Roy was an exceptional host, he was very informative about how to get to the property as the sat nav was a little bit unreliable. "A lovely 3 night Stay in Hay on Wye. The cottage is stunning and so well located for browsing the shops, the sights and the castle and perfect to pop back and forth if needed. "We spent 2 nights at Serafina celebrating a special birthday as a family. The hot tub was a big part of why we chose this property, but it proved to be just perfect in other ways too. The welcome, the quiet location, the immaculate and tastefully decorated property and the easy access to Leominster & Hereford were all great features.
