"The cabin was a beautiful place to stay during our yearly fishing trip. The views were spectacular from both the cabin and dock. The surrounding area was quiet, aside from the sounds of nature. Regular sighting of the red fox population was a treat! All in all, a great vacation spot."

"We had a wonderful stay. A charming little cabin for our family of 5 (4 year old slept on a mattress we brought). The highlight was kayaking at sunset and listening to the loons. I missed the detail about bringing our own bedsheets but Jay was so kind about it and brought us some extras he had. Would love to stay again! "

"This was our second time staying here, sixth time on Lake Vermillion. The cabin is basic but the property, deck and proximity to the lake were great. The WiFi kept resetting but we were able to get by on our T-Mobile personal hotspots so we didn’t bother reporting it until the end of our stay. Before our stay we brought up an issue we had with the boat lift the last time. Sarah had someone install new bunks before we got there, so the lift worked perfectly for us this time."

The location was easy to find and the checkin process was simple and exactly as directed.The kitchen is stocked with all the utensils we needed to make meals.
