Spacious and peaceful getaway spot by the sea

I stayed for four days while at a dance camp at Endicott College. The apartment was lovely, clean, and spacious. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The apartment is just a five minute drive from Endicott College, which made it incredibly convenient. Iā€™d love to go back sometime when Iā€™m not as busy because the house is also a 1 minute walk from the beach in a lovely area! If I go back, I will definitely spend more time walking along the coast and enjoying the neighborhood!

Perfect get away for New England summer!

I booked this place for a 4 day trip to celebrate my motherā€™s 70th birthday. The place was perfect for us - comfortable, quaint, and easily walkable to the beach and to the adorable downtown. We spent half our time in Beverly and the other half in Salem, and I cannot recommend this place enough for a Salem trip! Provided a perfect balance of the Salem tourism and New England seaside small town. Our hosts were incredibly communicative and provided all the comforts of home we needed, including some birthday decor upon our arrival, knowing we were celebrating! We definitely will be back, and would 100% book this property again!!

Really enjoyed Beverly, MA - quaint little town and near Salem with lots to do. Owner was very responsive and accommodating. All the necessities of home were provided including coffees/teas and soaps/shampoos. Looking forward to coming back one day soon!

Great Location with Old World Charm

Enjoyed our stay. The apartment is in a beautiful neighborhood of well-kept, older homes. It is less than a block from the beach, walking distance to both downtown Beverly and the Boston commuter rail, and five to ten minutes to Salem. The apartment is quiet, clean, and comfortable, especially the bed! The owner lives onsite and responds immediately. We highly recommend this property. You wonā€™t be disappointed.

We chose this property because it was in close proximity to Salem. Owner was wonderful with communicating before check in and during stay! Quaint neighborhood Iā€™m walking distance to many bars/restaurants. House was a bit musty smelling.

The place was nice, my one complaint is whoever is above the rental space (not sure if it was the owner or another renter) makes a ton of noise walking around pretty much all hours of the day. It was fairly quiet at night though. Overall it was a good stay.

Just Right

Roomy one bedroom apartment in a lovely old Victorian house, just a short walk from the waterfront and also an easy walk to Cabot Street, which has many great breakfast, lunch and dinner options. Scott was a terrific host, and allowed us to hold a small family gathering in the apartment, which was large enough to fit a dozen guests comfortably.

Was in town from Chicago meeting up with a good friend from western MA and this rental was perfect for us. Clean, spacious, close the beach and restaurants. Would stay at again!

Wonderful stay

We had a fantastic time. The property was clean and comfortable. Scott was super nice and helpful. The property is just a couple minute walk to the coast line and a $12 Uber/Lyft into Salem. We absolutely loved our stay and want to go back during the summer months.

Perfect Getaway

Great place to stay and just a minute or two walk to the beach. We had about a 5 minute drive into Salem. The neighborhood is so unique and beautiful. The home has many unique features due to its age as well. The property owner was great and responsive with any questions. We would choose this place again!

Absolutely wonderful!

Our stay was amazing! Scott and Sherry were very friendly, and they gave us perfect suggestions for where to visit. We adored the little beach where I found a bunch of sea glass. The beach is great because it's not over-crowded and you have choices of sitting in the sand or under a shady tree. The condo itself is extremely charming with its antique and nautical decor; there was SO MUCH to look at/enjoy in every spot. if you're thinking of booking here, DO IT. The location is perfect -- out of the busy city, but close enough to explore everything of interest in the area.

Had it Not Rained....

Being about 400 feet from the ocean, we would have spent lots of time spent at the beach. Unfortunately for us, it rained six out of seven days. None the less, we enjoyed our stay. Our hosts were friendly and helpful. Salem was fun and there were some great restaurants. We enjoyed driving around and enjoying the beautiful scenery. We look forward to going back during better weather!

Delightful and Convenient Stay

I had a lovely time at this rental. My stay coincided with an intense heat wave and the hosts purchased an air conditioner to make sure I stayed cool. The location is totally walk-able and there are great restaurants around and very quick access to the water. Would definitely visit again!
