The space
We love this space! From the spiral staircase, to our unique upstairs view! The loft is in downtown Birmingham, near all of the food, entertainment, and joy Birmingham has to offer! We are centrally Located near Regions Field, Railroad Park, ALL of Birmingham’s Hospitals, Protective Stadium, BJCC, and more! Our complex is very secure and protected with 24-hour security and FREE DESIGNATED PARKING! With wonderful amenities, beautiful skyline views, and a rooftop that will shock your world, our luxury loft is everything you and company need in Birmingham!

EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECKOUT- Must be requested up to 4 hours prior to checkin/checkout. If approved, there will be a $25 electronic payment charge (Cashapp/PayPal/Apple Pay) per hour early or late. 2 hour early checkin = $50 payment per approval.

NO SMOKING, loud music, parties, gatherings, events, videography--STRICTLY ENFORCED & you will be askedg to leave immediately. Walls are thin so sound may travel, plus this is a home, not a venue. Guests attempting to host parties/events/concerts will be ESCORTED OFF PREMISES BY POLICE and will forfeit their reservation with no refund. Only reserved guests (allowed up to 4) plus 2 visitors not staying the night may occupy the premises at any given time. HOST ONSITE.

No Pets (feel free to ask and may be approved on a case-by-case basis).
