"Overall it's a great apartment and place to stay. Had a bit of struggle with check in as we don't speak Polish and people responsible for keys don't speak English, but with google translator help we sorted it out quickly. This wasn't the host, but locals living next to apartment, had no issue communicating with the host, email replies were quick and informative. Apartment was very nice and cosy and from the balcony you have mountain view which is very nice. Bedrooms are decent size and can...

"Zakopane is a very busy area but our apartment was quiet with beautiful mountain views. We stayed in 19C, loft apartment and it was wonderful."

"We had a lovely stay for two nights. Positives: -Short walk into town centre -Well equipped, the apartment had everything we needed -Lovely & helpful staff at reception -Comfy bed -Gorgeous view onto street Negatives: -Shower seal wasn’t amazing so the water did slightly leek onto the floor -Small towels, which doesn’t help if you are cleaning up water! "

"We had a wonderful time and the property was great."

"In the hallway there is a smell of garbage. There is no cleaning of the rooms and they don’t even empty the trash. The location is nice. House is nice. You can hardly see any staff in the reception. The walls are thin, you can hear the neighbours. Otherwise nice stay."
