"We enjoyed the stay compare to other properties in London, however I wish the stay will be more comfortable if the mattresses were 8 to 10inch as current mattress feel you sleep on rock hard surface. In addition I would use professional cleaners to clean the APT. "

"Sandra and Jamshed were there to welcome us despite our late and stormy arrival. They opened their hearts before their home. The location is excellent in a lively street and close to the underground metro station and bus stops. "Booked to stay for concert at Wembley on arrival we found cockroach infestation, someone else’s food in fridge/freezer, damp, mould, unsafe electrical socket, hole in floor covered by loose carpet, stained walls and a general feeling of uncleanliness. "Great apartment - clean and very well equipped. Excellent communication with the hosts when required. The area is quiet but also has good links to bus network and on to Southall for the Elizabeth Line. Able to park on a local street without permit which was very helpful. "The host only replied to contact me on the very afternoon I was due to stay. He said the room is not available!! I'd already come to suspect that something was wrong, but without confirmation either way I was pickled. I had to make my own decision to cancel at risk of not getting a refund, just so I could (unsuccessfully) try to find other options. It was a disaster! An absolute disaster."

"The owners communication was fantastic from start to finish and their hospitality superb. The property is absolutely as described and the location is fantastic. It’s a very quirky property with lots to explore inside and outside. We spent lots of time in the hot-tub looking out at the river and enjoying a glass of wine or two. The planes and trains - did not affect either our sleep or enjoyment of the stay so please don’t be put off by the proximity to the line or being on a flight path....
