"Very tidy 2 BR cottage with 10 minute walk to bay beach and right on a marsh. Great for bird watchers and beach walkers - at low tide you can walk all the way around Indian Neck to Wellfleet harbor and loop back to the cottage."

"The place was very accommodating; Great amenities. Will note that the Bathroom is very narrow and there are no closets. Short walk to beach, short drive to stores, restaurants. Great for two or three people. Would come back for location, alone."

"It’s a beautiful spot overlooking the bay, conveniently located between Provincetown and Wellfleet. Watching the sunset every evening over the water was delightful. There is not a stove/oven so be prepared to cook on a portable induction plate and grill, which is fine but be prepared. I missed that point! Otherwise, great place."

"Clean, good condition and had all the amenities we were looking for plus a beautiful view on the bluff. The 3rd twin bedroom was tight quarters for an adult but made it work. Great location in walkable distance from the public beach entry if not willing/able to take the steep steps. Wellfleet was a good location for quaint shops and a variety of restaurants and between Provincetown and Hiannas for tour/ferry. "

"This is a great place for 2-4 people. It’s small and cozy but is laid out so well it’s super functional. The house is nicely decorated, immaculately clean, and well equipped. Tucked away in the woods a good distance from Route 6, so very quiet. We would definitely stay again. "
