"My husband and I enjoyed our stay and especially the outdoor area. The house is very old but with the additions there’s plenty of room for family. The only downfall we both experienced is the location is right off of a busy road making it very loud at night and difficult to stay asleep. The host always decorates in a fun, eclectic way that I enjoy. The kitchen is well equipped and clean. Overall, the location is very close to many tourist destinations and only a short drive from the restaurants...

"Came with my husband and his band for some shows they had booked in New York. Bedrooms are all upstairs, just so you know, but the beds and atmosphere itself is so cozy! Host was super nice and responded quickly when we needed something, but didn’t bother us at all unnecessarily. Easy check in/check out and we had pretty much everything we needed for our stay. So grateful! Will definitely stay again!"

"This was a comfortable place to stay overnight in Wilmington, an easy drive to downtown and back, off-street parking, and a simple check-in, all for a reasonable price. The kitchen floor could have been cleaner, but it wasn't a big deal because we weren't in the kitchen a lot. I let the host know and they said they would work to improve it."

"We were very happy with everything about the place. Clean, decorated nicely, comfortable beds and easy to find all that we needed to make ourselves at home.We were using the cottage as more or less for a bed and breakfast and did not spend much time at Crystal Beach. We were back and forth to Grove Point where our family was having a reunion. Loved the "Quiet" when we returned. (16 grandchildren and their parents)"
