"The staff is friendly, I got the free late check out and the breakfast is delicious I get the shuttle bus on checkout, but the service was not avalilable when I arrived in JFK. the hotel is perfect for business days. "

"Positive points: - I arrived a little earlier (1h before 3pm) and they let me into the room without any problem (I believe this varies according to the hotel's capacity and time of year) - Close to metro and bus stations - Shopping Mall practically next door (Skyview) with excellent stores such as Target, Sephora and Outlets (Adidas and Nike) - There were 2 bottles of mineral water in the room for consumption (complimentary) - Decor just like in the pictures (very good taste) - Comfortable and very clean bed - Huge windows that allowed a view of the city - Clean bathroom with clean, fresh-smelling towels - Glass cups (2 pieces) for brushes in the bathroom - Quality shampoo, conditioner and liquid body soap - Very efficient and quiet bathroom extractor fan - Shower with perfect hot and cold water - You pay the agreed price and there are no surprises at check-out - Professional staff - They allow you to leave your bags at reception (they give you security tags) while you can do some shopping at the mall next door before your flight Negative points: - There is breakfast, but it's just a small stand in reception with some snacks and cereals. If you want to have a more hearty coffee, I suggest Iris Tea & Bakery with great options. The place is beautiful and you can walk because it's on the main Roosevelt Avenue. - The location may be a problem as it's not in Manhattan But it's great for seeing across the city to the island. - No minibar (if that's your thing)"

"No geral, o hotel apresenta um bom custo beneficio. Pontos fortes: hotel relativamente barato, café da manhã, bom atendimento e condições, relativamente proximo do metrô e Manhattan (linha F); Pontos a considerar: embora o acesso a Manhattan seja simples pelo metrô, o hotel fica no Queens, e qualquer deslocamento para os principais pontos turisticos levará de 20 a 30 minutos em média. O estação 21st queensbridge, a mais proxima, fica a 10 minutos a pé. A vizinhança esta em transição e assusta em um primeiro momento (area industrial em revitalização, com varias cadeias hoteleiras se estabelecendo nas redondezas). No entanto, nossa estadia foi tranquila, e há varios hotéis proximos (Best Western, Sleep Inn, Doubletree...)."

"Terrivelmente barulhento ! Eu estava no 15 andar e ouvia todo o barulho da rua e das crianças brincando na praça na frente ! 2 elevadores funcionavam apenas , sem frigobar no quarto . Agora descobri porque ele é barato …"
