"Never again! It’s a dirty place in a terrible neighborhood! They have no phone in the room! I asked TWICE for extra pillows and was told it’s coming up both times and they never did! The linens were old and had holes in them! One of the bath towel which was folded on top of the railing was dirty and seemed used! A had to dry myself using the hand towels! Oh and the remote control had a melted battery in it for which I had to go downstairs AGAIN and you guessed it! Never got a new one! A terrible experience, but I want to tell all my hotels.com users to delete this one from the list! Not worth the aggregation and possible tick bites that I feel on my legs!"

"O Hotel é simples, mas a localizacao é fantastica. Perto de duas estacoes de metro que te levam ao aeroporto ou a qualquer lugar de NY. Considerando que o preco é mto menor que os hoteis localizados na ilha, e que ainda tem um cafe da manha, achei incrivel."
