This beautiful house is situated in the desired Westwood neighborhood (between Westlake and Rollingwood) in Austin, Amazing location! Only 2.9 miles to Zilker Park and 3.5 miles to Downtown Austin. Enter this one story spacious house and you will find an open concept sanctuary. Clean, modern, well designed. This house has it all for you to enjoy your stay!
The space
Enter a spacious home with an open concept living room, lounge room, dining room and kitchen that accommodates up to 8 people. Beautiful art pieces all around. Amazing high end furniture, smart LED TV's and a fireplace where everyone can spend time together. The sliding door opens to a great outdoor patio with comfortable couches to relax and a big umbrella to cover the Austin sun. Head to steps down and you can enjoy a delicious meal in the large outdoor dining table. There is a grill just next to it. A smaller square table for four is the perfect spot for morning coffee. Have the kids play in the nice yard or plan a corn-hole match.
The cozy kitchen includes an electric cooktop, convection oven and microwave. A double side door fridge/freezer and plenty of counter to enjoy your meals. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need to cook a meal. Through a door connected to the kitchen you will find a private clean and quiet office space with a gorgeous leather top desk, comfortable all leather chair and a printer.
Back to the kitchen take two steps down and find a fun colorful TV room/playroom. Watch a movie or show from the comfortable couch or read a book in the tucked in cozy chair. The long modern consoles has some fun game boards for all to enjoy. This room comes with a half bathroom.
Next to it you will find a well-equipped laundry room with a washer & dryer, iron and a nice counter.
From the main area make your way to the hall where you will find four beautiful well designed bedrooms. The primary Master suite all the way down to the left is a nice spacious room that comes with a king size bed, two walking closets, a flat Smart panel TV with a set of comfortable chairs to enjoy a show or game. A sliding glass door will take you to that great patio and yard. The Master comes with an ensuite bathroom that includes two vanities and a full size glass door shower.
Down the hall find the first guest room that has a queen sized bed, beautiful dresser and a medium closet. Next to it you will find a matching bedroom with the exact set up. The last bedroom to the right is a nice second king bed bedroom. You will find a large dresser, amazing full length mirror, a flat Smart panel TV and it's own medium closet. Between these bedrooms there is a large full size bathroom that has a beautiful vanity with two sinks a shower and tub.
The front patio comes with a fun swing and a small porch with modern chairs to sit and watch the kids play. To finish the fun the house has an amazing basketball.
The house is very well kept, easy to maintain and the perfect place to relax and have fun at the same time!
Guest access
Guests are able to access the entire house. Closets & storage space in the garage are not accessible to guests and are marked as "Private Owner Space".

- The House Key is accessed via a Yale Nest "Smart" lock on the front door.
- Host will text you the access code prior to your arrival.
