"Booked to stay for concert at Wembley on arrival we found cockroach infestation, someone else’s food in fridge/freezer, damp, mould, unsafe electrical socket, hole in floor covered by loose carpet, stained walls and a general feeling of uncleanliness. Described as having free parking, luckily we decided to use train instead as wouldn’t have been able to park, the rear garden was unkept. The apartment is in a house of multiple occupancy and in my opinion not really suitable as a holiday let . We...

"I didn’t get the check in info via Hotels.com and their address was wrong. But a simple phone call and an exceptionally helpful and friendly chap sorted everything within two minutes. The cottage was wonderful. So warm and inviting. Comfy and beyond clean. I’m definitely coming here again. "

"The apartments are spotlessly clean. The support team of both cleaners and maintenance men on site and the call centre are fantastic. The security of the car park and building itself are outstanding. The electrical appliances (fridge, dishwasher, hob, washing machine, dishwasher etc etc) are all brand new and premium/ recognised brands.. SMEG, Hotpoint etc... "Great apartment - clean and very well equipped. Excellent communication with the hosts when required. The area is quiet but also has good links to bus network and on to Southall for the Elizabeth Line. Able to park on a local street without permit which was very helpful. "The host only replied to contact me on the very afternoon I was due to stay. He said the room is not available!! I'd already come to suspect that something was wrong, but without confirmation either way I was pickled. I had to make my own decision to cancel at risk of not getting a refund, just so I could (unsuccessfully) try to find other options. It was a disaster! An absolute disaster."
