"This place was a bit rundown but for the price, we were not disappointed. It’s an upstairs apartment with a pretty rickety railing. It was clean except for the carpet. The double size bed was like an old fashioned featherbed, soft which I liked. Scott, the owner, was nice and texted right back when we needed something. It was a great location for our time at the NCFolkFest and other downtown wanderings. (Loved Greensboro’s Historical Museum, a must go see!)"

"This is a really unique and fun place to stay. Less than 2 miles from HPU and easy parking right out front. Plenty of room to spread out and relax with your group. We could easily fit as many as 8 and our little pup was welcome. If you like to cook the kitchen is very large and well equipped. Our host, Will, was very easy to reach, very responsive and kind. We will be back!"

"Ease of access and communication with owner was great. At arrival there were some less than savory characters hanging out in the parking lot (assuming tenants of the building) but they didn’t bother us. Inside of home smelled a bit like stale cigarette smoke. I immediately retrieved my odor eliminator spray from my vehicle and gave the place a good spray throughout. No paper towels, hand towel, dish soap, sponge or anything like that in the kitchen so we weren’t able to wash out our cups, and...

"I was in town for an extended weekend to visit family and see a show at the Coliseum. The apartment was the perfect size and met all of our needs. The Coliseum is within short walking distance along with other shops, cafes, restaurants and bars. The host also responds quickly and is polite. I would recommend this place!"

"This is a newly renovated apartment right downtown that suited my needs perfectly. The attention to detail in the interior design was really top notch, and I don't normally comment on things like that. "We were in town for a weekend soccer tournament with two teens and an 8 year old. We wanted more space than a hotel room offers and this was the perfect choice. The rental was close to many food and grocery options and gave us all a place to relax in between games.
