"Fantastic experience at the Sveltos Residence Suites. The check in was fast and friendly, the suite itself was absolutely top of the line and very clean and new. I would highly recommend staying at the Sveltos Residence Suites if you want to experience the best of the best!"

Expect a simple house with the infrastructural problems of an old building (weak water pressure, no soundproof at all, only one electric socket in a double bedroom). "I stayed whilst on holiday to Cyprus I really liked how close it was to the bus stop which will get you to Nicosia, ayia Napa and limasoll I found it very easy to find if you are coming from the airport bus 425 drops you off at st Helena church go through the churches gate you will find a lift on the concourse take it to the third floor collect your keys there is also a good discount supermarket across the road I definitely would stay here again "

"Do NOT Stay! No hot water. No toilet paper. Towels are nasty after a cold shower. No working Wi-Fi. AC is very weak. Bed is all springs. Impossible to sleep on. And watch out for bugs. This place should not be listed. As a host I almost never give a bad review but I can’t allow others to be stuck with this place and waste $100. "
"To start with, the place shown in the photos (where some ruins can be seen through the window) is not the same building than the one whose address we were sent. The two places are actually 15 minutes away from each other.

"Maestro Cuty has a great location with a quick walk to the beach. The apartment it self is great and has everything one would need to enjoy thier vacation. From a beautiful electric stove, dish washer, and refrigerator. All great amenities to enjoy your stay. Plus there are seperate A/C units in the apartment to enjoy the perfect sleeping temperature and a nice temperature when returning from your daily adventures."

O Sr. Niko, proprietário, faz degustação free de vinhos aos hóspedes toda a sexta. Ele faz questão de atender bem todos ! Amamos nossa estada e recomendo totalmente! E quanto ao estacionamento há um convênio com um multipark próximo. "

The bedroom is spacious, the bed is quite comfortable, and the air conditioning works well, though you must know it goes on through a timer on the wall, otherwise the remote control is useless. The common areas (kitchen and garden) are a bit messy. The reservation is managed through Holidayzer, which is not informed anywhere, so be aware to accept their invitation message on WhatsApp, otherwise you won't receive the instructions for check-in or be able to communicate with anyone about the booking. We only saw the landlord in the check-out morning."
