"The hotel was centrally located in Larnaca, near the main attractions at Finikoudes Beach. The staff were very friendly and helpful, *especially* Chef Jimmy! What a legend! I was chatting with him one morning over breakfast that he made and mentioned that my wife and I were on our honeymoon. Breakfast that morning was comped and he surprised us the next day with a bottle of bubbles. Great customer service and excellent hospitality. We will miss him and hope to see him again when we return....

"Chegamos na madrugada e foi entregue um quarto com muito cheiro de cigarro! Pedimos a troca e passamos para um quarto sem o cheiro de cigarro, existe uma atendende espetacular no hotel, sempre muito solicita e muito prestativa! Profissional perfeita, acho que se chama Teodora, esta de parabens!!!"

"Nice 1st floor apartment, building close to the beach. Pretty clean and cozy, very good communication with the host, I would stay again!"

"I stayed whilst on holiday to Cyprus I really liked how close it was to the bus stop which will get you to Nicosia, ayia Napa and limasoll I found it very easy to find if you are coming from the airport bus 425 drops you off at st Helena church go through the churches gate you will find a lift on the concourse take it to the third floor collect your keys there is also a good discount supermarket across the road I definitely would stay here again "

"Keys were not in the lock box when I arrived to check in. Customer phone number was not answered; I had to call their shuttle service number, which they answered promptly to speak with someone to resolve the missing keys problem."

On arrival spent over an hour in the dark, late at night trying to locate the apartment - turns out the name of the road, name of the apartment and the main apartment door number was nowhere on display to assist. "To start with, the place shown in the photos (where some ruins can be seen through the window) is not the same building than the one whose address we were sent. The two places are actually 15 minutes away from each other. When we arrived to the given address, in a very shabby building, and we opened the door, the smell of urine was TERRIBLE. "The neighborhood is nice and quiet, mostly residential yet with services nearby. Parking is outside, on the street. Expect a simple house with the infrastructural problems of an old building (weak water pressure, no soundproof at all, only one electric socket in a double bedroom). The bathrooms need renovation; the small one smells of mold. The bedroom is spacious, the bed is quite comfortable, and the air conditioning works well, though you must know it goes on through a timer on the wall, otherwise the remote control is useless. The common areas (kitchen and garden) are a bit messy. The reservation is managed through Holidayzer, which is not informed anywhere, so be aware to accept their invitation message on WhatsApp, otherwise you won't receive the instructions for check-in or be able to communicate with anyone about the booking. We only saw the landlord in the check-out morning."
