"The comfort apartment was clean, fully stocked, and came with a great view looking over the beach. Supermarkets are a short distance away by vehicle, and the local mart is perfect since it's open until 21:00. Out of season the beach is empty. Feels like your own private beach"

"Appartement bien situé. Climatisation à revoir. Cuisine extérieure qui demanderait à être rénovée. Et le plus gros désagrément est assurément le réfrigérateur à l'extérieur. C'est un réfrigérateur lambda. Il peut faire plus de 40° sur la terrasse, et là il ne refroidit plus rien ! Un réfrigérateur climatique prévu pour être à l'extérieur, serait le bienvenu !"

"C'est un endroit super pour passer des vacances. L'appartement est bien aménagé avec 2 chambres, une climatisée avec un grand lit et l'autre avec des lits jumeaux. C'est agréable de prendre des repas sur le balcons avec les petits oiseaux qui viennent nous saluer. La grande piscine ajoute un gros plus à l'appartement. Philippe est un hôte super, il est là pour répondre à tous nos besoins. L'appartement est très bien situé pour visiter les alentours."

"When you rent with Chantal and Christian, you are not customer but you become part of their family. They make sure that we will have a best time in St Maarten. They helped us with the rental car, they booked a restaurant for us, they suggested us the best places to visit and go shopping. They were both available for us at anytime. "My husband and I stayed for 2 weeks. The view is beautiful, great location! Loved walking on the beach every morning. Studio is clean and well equipped. Pool is newly renovated. 10 minute walk to Orient Bay restaurants. Close to everything, grocery store is 5 min away with all of the French food and wine you can imagine! Hated to leave. Can’t wait to come back. Thank you Christian."

"J'ai passé une semaine magnifique dans la commune du Diamant. Le studio était non seulement beau et bien aménagé, mais également d'une propreté irréprochable, ce qui était vraiment appréciable. J'ai particulièrement aimé le calme et la sérénité des lieux, parfaits pour se détendre et profiter pleinement de la beauté naturelle environnante. Je recommande cet endroit sans hésitation et j'espère y retourner bientôt !"

"Very comfortable apartment, well-stocked kitchen. Lovely beach (St Jean) accessed via Eden Rock property several blocks away. Great price for this expensive island. L'Oasis supermarket and Le Choisy bakery (bkfst & lunch items) 1 mile away. Very busy street, lively at night, but apartment well-insulated. Parking could be challenging. Two reasonable restaurants right downstairs (Le Piment and Irish Pub). "

"Meu nome é Paulo Dabdab, fiz uma reserva no hotel pierre e vacances club saint anne , numero 129030188636, paguei R$700,00 meu filho chegou ao hotel por volta de meia noite e nao tinha wi fi no salao como descrito no site, durante a madrugada tentei ligar para o hotel e ninguem atendia, pela manha(em torno das 8h 05 min de guadalupe) entrei em contato com hotels.com que tambem tentou entrar em contato com hotel e tb ninguém atendeu o que so aconteceu as 9h 30min da manha, minha esposa chorou...
