"The Mouse Hole is such a inviting beach cottage for a getaway and the fenced backyard with outdoor seating was a bonus since we had our toy poodles with us. The ocean is just a few minute's walk away and this part of the beach is dog friendly.Last year, we stayed at Casita Azul, the smaller adjoining property, and we wouldn't hesitate to stay at either one again. "I am not sure if it's the property manager, who did call and apologize the next day, or VRBO processes and management. We were not able to access the property at midnight, having just arrived in Oakland. After repeated attempts to contact the property manager all day for a door code, I finally called VRBO. The property had been rented, possibly under a different company. I am not sure. We were left to find accomodations at 1 AM. The property was right by the family's house we were visiting so...
