"My husband and I needed a weekend getaway. The place was beautiful❣️ The courtyard was well kept and very serene. The unit we stayed in had modern decor with smart appliances. (ceiling fans, washer, dryer, etc). I wouldn't change a thing❣️ We will definitely return. "

"This property exceeded my expectations. It was exceptionally clean, with cute decorations and attention to detail. Check-in was a breeze. It was pet friendly. And I was able to walk to the ocean to catch beautiful sunrises."

"Condo was nice, ocean view from living room and balcony was awesome. Short walk to beach. Overall grounds were beautiful. Had a great week and will definitely return!"

"Enjoyable stay for a large group. The property was comfortable and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Even though it was cold we were able to use the heated pool. The beach was just a short walk. There were many nice restaurants just a short drive to get to. The host was friendly and highly responsive. "

"Two couples stayed in this comfortable roomie condo. We did a 30 mile walk for breast cancer over the weekend. two other highlights were visiting the American Beach museum, and the nearby distillery.The condo could use some attention, particularly washing the carpets. Kitchen is small, but stocked with everything you could need for cooking. Host did not answer our questions regarding check out."

"The location of this unit is perfect: on the beach, close to town, and close to the greenway. Loved walking the beach and hearing the surf in the evening.Condo would be tight for four people, especially since the second bedroom doesn't have a closet. But for two - it's great. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need, including good pans, cookie sheets, spices, oils, etc. Made it easy to cook. Although Fernandina Beach has some fun restaurants too. Especially the Patio at 5th and Ash. "

"What a lovely condo and what caring owners. I felt immediately at home when I walked through the door of this condo. There were fresh flowers and a six-pack of sparkling water courtesy of the owners. The condo is immaculately clean, extremely comfortable, well-equipped, and beautifully furnished. The instructions are thorough and helpful. The balcony overlooking the pool and the ocean was my go-to place every morning after my 7-mile power walk on the beach. "We stayed over Christmas and had 8 people in our party. It was very comfortable, great for big dinners and the outside patio was really nice as well. Conveniently located, beautifully decorated and the kitchen was well equipped. "

"This was the perfect place for 5 siblings to come together that hadn't all been together in 25 years. It was a peaceful atmosphere away from distraction and noise. We sat under the stars at night and talked into the wee hours and the beach was peaceful. Plenty of great hot water and fluffy white towels! The check-in & out process was easy and the home was well stocked with everything we needed! We loved it! "

"Great condo- very clean, comfortable, good layout, well stocked kitchen, comfortable bed. Quiet in winter. Gorgeous sunrises, dolphin sightings. We enjoyed our stay (wish the pool was heated as visited when windchill was 25 so was not able to swim) . Highly recommended especially as corner condo which increased the beach views!"
