"Excellent for two or two with 2 kids. Simple access to the beach and Salt Life restaurant (10 minutes walk). Only drawback to us was no cable tv to watch our news channel. "

"This house was perfect for our party of five family members plus two small dogs. The floor plan was great, updated furnishings and decor. We enjoyed the screened in Florida room. It was a quiet neighborhood close to the beach (by golf cart) and met any and all of our needs. Highly recommend."
