Just blocks from I/40, this spacious home is in the heart of Amarillo's Sunset Terrace area. You will enjoy all the creature comforts one could wish for. Just a short drive to a wide variety of dining and shopping. Minutes from I-40 and I-27. Also, 6 minutes to Polk Street in downtown Amarillo. There you can find some great food and live music.
The house has some local history as well.....built by Cal Farley of Cal Farley's Boys Ranch and is also just minutes away from historic Route 66. There you will find some great little shops, food, and Smokey Joe's that has live music 7 days a week.

Freshly renovated with only your comfort in mind. The bedroom features a King Size bed with top of the line mattresses and linens, and a fold out sofa with comfy mattress and linens provided. Mimi has provided an assortment of firm and soft pillows, soft sheets, and comforters. Your good night's rest is especially important to us. We also have a baby bed available upon request.
The bathroom has all necessary linens, as well as, shampoo, conditioner, body wash. etc. Each room has a Smart TV, so you can log into your Netflix, Hulu, HBO Max...etc.

Newly refurbished throughout with beautifully restored original hardwood floors, new paint and texture and upgraded electrical and plumbing.
Mimi's Place also has a washer and dryer for your use. There is a small kitchenette with a 2 burner induction stove, as well as a fridge and microwave. We also have a coffee maker and coffee is provided, as well as some other small snacks.....everything you should need for a meal or quick snack as you're headed out the door.
