We arrived at the property and had to move rooms within the first hour as the room had a non-functioning AC and therefore no heating. This should have been determined by staff before check in and lead to unnecessary inconvenience. Room service was classified as a limited service, which meant towels were changed (on request) and a daily bin empty. Staff made us feel like they were doing us a favour just with that limited service. This could all have been explained at check in, but again was not addressed at all. After sorting through these teething problems, the only issue became the very noisy neighbors, however that was not through any fault of the property.
