"Check in was effortless with a nice chat with the receptionist. I had upgraded my room for this visit and it was really comfortable with a large bed and a coffee machine, but other than this the standard room I usually have is very good. As ever I used the gym and the pool which are both really good for a hotel. Only problem was, as it's the school holidays the kids were enjoying themselves in the usually tranquil pool,lol. "Really good hotel. Very well located at 2 min from the main market street Union Street ans 2 min away from the shopping Mall Union Square. Spacios room, clean, modern toilet facilities. Nice breakfast, with a restaurant and a pub within the structure. I plan to stay at the Douglas again on my next visit."
