"Entry to hotel was through basement which was littered with cigarette ends, coffee cups and trash bins overflowing. "Had a lovely 2 night stay in the Cairngorm Suite with my husband and 2 kids (5years & 4 months old). Firstly the location was perfect and in walking distance to countless pubs, restaurants, shops etc. The room itself was beautiful and the bedroom especially was incredibly spacious. The beds were really comfortable and the bedding/duvets etc all felt really good quality. Bathroom was spotless, the shower wasnt very powerful but thats being pernickety. Plenty of storage space throughout the suite...

"The stay at Aden house was fantastic! The owner Martin was very friendly and helpful, giving us advice about the area and sights to see as well as places to eat. The en-suite appears to be a converted closet and while not the roomiest of commodes, grants excellent privacy and sufficient facilities. The area is lovely and the breakfast we were served included the Best full Scottish breakfast we had in the two weeks we've visited Scotland. Amazingly friendly and personable hosts! Highly recommend!"

"Horrible Horrible Horrible! This place should not be renting out these old threadbare rooms! And tbe worst part is Expedia overcharges!!!!!!! This was a £38 room which is about $65.00cdn. Expedia charged me $88 and assured me I was getting a good deal! No more Expedia or Travelodge."

"Lovely peaceful stay at the Wee Snug, really spacious and loved being able to rotate the TV to watch TV in bed and relax! Games were so fun, shower is really powerful. One thing - bed is very soft FYI! Also, we struggled with getting any sort of taxi booking in the evening so I would advise booking ahead of time if you plan to venture to nearby villages etc. and want a couple drinks - we ended up just driving to places and getting takeaway and coming back to have some drinks with dinner instead....

"We were a group of 10, grandparents kids and teenage grandkids. This was perfect for us to give us all space after a crowded week in London. Masood was extremely kind accommodating to all our needs. Grocery nearby as well as another shop that sold great pastries. Close to the train station, we walked less than 10 minutes."
