Examples: - our robes were taken by the lady that made our room We asked the reception to send new ones, they never appeared - to return the pool towel it took me about 20 min, just because I didn’t change it every single day. "There was a majot problem with the air conditioner unit and the owner of the unit tried to make it persay, seem that it was getting fixed but it was just not working after 3 days attemtping to make it happen so i checked out early and paid only amount of my usage and the owner didnt even offer any discount or c9nsideration for the broken a/c unit that made the room super hot. Horrible but instayed at the Sébastien Hotel in Mactan and it was similar price and nice and cool and very secure feeling...

That wasn’t said in the beginning. - we ordered an expresso and a cappuccino in the pool and at first it was brought in papers cup. The guy says that is a policy that in the pool always has to serve things in this kind of cups. For a 5* hotel, can’t understand this. A porcelain cup should be provided. - in the pool, near the cafe bakery, the bell to call the waiter was really annoying. It rang every 10 seconds! "
