"Ice machine did not work on 2nd floor (3rd floor ice machine worked) - Hallway carpet and walls a bit dirty and worn. The actual room was very clean and had plenty of towels, very nice. A really great location and price was reasonable."

"Property itself was fine. Beds are comfy, area is quiet. Check in info was sent ahead of check in as expected. 2 areas of warning: 1. Steps to door are a bit uneven/steep so don't stay here if you're not able to climb that 2. The harassment with this third party website, Superhog, was a complete nightmare! "The studio was fine… smaller than we thought and the building as a whole was pretty dated, but the studio seemed updated. Location wasn’t bad, close enough drive to town, but away from the crowds. Walls are paper thin, so you hear everything going on around you in all the other units. It worked for what we needed, but will look elsewhere next time."

"I really appreciate the communication with AvanStay, if I had any issue or questions I received a quick response. The location was great and the condo had everything we needed for our stay-spices, appliances (including washer and dryer), basics for coffee and so on. I did think the furniture in the unit was very outdated and should be replaced with newer pieces. The unit does not have AC but plenty of fans were provided. Overall I thought the unit was nice and would rate it an 8 out of 10"

"Super friendly staff, went above and beyond, but unfortunately they were extremely short staffed. Each person was doing the work of 2 people and spread very thin. Our master bedroom was EXTREMELY loud. I literally slept maybe 4 hrs each night. Something outside was slamming into the side of the building when the wind blew and when it stopped slamming, something else would squeak. "

"This is an excellent property. It is extremely comfortable and homey, well stocked with towels, linens, cooking supplies, bathing supplies, dishes, et cetera. It it around the corner from a cvs, a grocery store, a pizza place and a Starbucks (and is very close to a local coffee shop though I wouldn’t recommend walking). It is also very easy to park and get around the area from here. We also had no issue keeping it cool in the summer with numerous fans and windows. Could not have been better. "
