"haviamos reservado o quarto no Ocean Inn que é parte velha do hotel. mal conservado. quartos com cheiro de umidade e com aspecto de sujos. esta foto da sacada nao condiz com a verdade. nao haviam me colocado de frente para o mar. pagamos a mais US$100,00 por noite e ficamos na parte nova que se chama Royal Lahaina resort, de frente para o mar. o hotel é de frente para o mar, com cadeiras pelo gramado, muito lindo. "First impressions... Awesome view, Great facility. The condo was the perfect mix of well maintained grounds with views of the Ocean, Pool and Beach. The condo was a great size for 2 couples and adult children. Walkable to several attractions as well as food, shopping and scooter rentals. The on site staff was super helpful and friendly. "The location was suberb - right on Napili Bay beach!! The property managers ( iTripMaui ) were very difficult to deal with. The day we checked, in the bathroom sink light & wall outlet stopped working. We left 3 voice messages & sent 2 emails. We even went to the address on all their correspondence to talk to them in person. That location was only used for storage. 3 days later we finally received a call from iTripMaui saying they had not received our phone messages but saw our emails. ...

"When booking we were not informed of no air conditioning. My wife has asthma and she can not stay in any unit without A/C. As per the unit! It was nice, Not beachfront as stated! BUT! Jimbo, your manager was absolutely great. He helped us in every way to locate another unit etc. etc. You have a great employee!!! Regards; Dean"

"The resort is great, rooms are great. The issue was the manager there who checked us into the room she seemed to want to critique our choice of a 2 night stay as if it wasnt long enough for her like as if our vacation was a waste of time.
