"Desagradável. O chec in demorou 45minutos.Não disponibilizaram o alojamento que tinha reservado e pago. Tinha reservado um alojamento com duas camas de casal,porque éramos 3 pessoas e disponibilizaram um alojamento com uma cama e um sofá.Para preparar o sofá foi outra odisseia.No primeiro dia não fizeram limpeza do quarto.Só após reclamação lá fizeram a limpeza no segundo dia.Considero que fui alvo de uma fraude.Como vou ser ressarcido disto,pergunto à Hotels.com,que foi a quem reservei o...

"Atendimento ruim. Muita demora no check in, funcionários tentando empurrar upgrade para que o cliente possa, finalmente, acessar um quarto."

"The hotel is absolutely crowded. Too many people to be served, a few employees to serve. Particularly at the Ulu Restaurant are the breakfast. The luau does not worth the value and concierge was not able to deal with our needs. We spent 1.2k dollars Ina helicopter tour to see volcano and road to Hanna and we didn’t see it. That part of the island is very windy. Maybe a good option is to stay in Wailea. Less windy, more upscaled."

"Such an amazing hidden gem! So beautiful, with great beach access and a super cute delish restaurant. There’s a free trolley that goes to whalers village and a super affordable beach hut that rents snorkel gear, cabanas, etc., Would stay again!!"

"We had a great time on our first trip to Maui! The Hilton was clean and the staff was so nice and helpful. The pool was great and there was easy access to the beach. Shout out to Debbie, our concierge, for helping us book our excursions. "

"Hotel is fantastic and pool and beach situation is hard to beat. Convenient to restaurants and shops at Whalers Village. Good service and room layout. Small downside is the outsourced towel operation at the pool - closes at 5 even though the pool is open until 8. And then the pool area isn’t cleaned up until the outsourced company comes back on duty in the AM. But that’s a fairly small complaint overall. Would definitely stay again. "
