"This place checked all the boxes for us. Would certainly stay here next time. First, the check in process only took 2 minutes. The front desk staff was super friendly and efficient. The room was spacious with room to store our stuff. We had our dog with us, and he tends to bark when people are at our door at home. So I was worried he would bark at sounds outside the hotel door. "Fantastic new hotel right in the mill district with lots of food and drink options within a very close walk. River is also close for a lovely walk."

"I loved this hotel except one thing... there is a gap at the bottom of the door and there are vinyl floors... Just saying, at least one of the couples staying there last night probably thought they were a little more private than they were... Inside the room things were very quiet and could not hear your neighbors... but from the hall? Well let's just say you could hear everything."

"Clean, modern, great breakfast and a very friendly staff. Everything was very nice, the only thing to be aware of is the hotel doesn’t have an elevator so if you don’t do stairs make sure to request a ground level floor. Odd there is no elevator. Many homes of friends now have elevator. Becoming ubiquitous. "

"Hotel was great and staff/service were also on point. The one issue I cannot seem to understand is why the construction work next door needed to start at 5am. The demolition and disposal of materials in the adjacent property got off to an early start on Tuesday morning. And the windows of my corner room weren't well equipped to block out the sound. Falta pessoal tb, tudo muito lento, poucos garçons e pequena equipe no hotel (nem arrumaram o quarto)."
