A great one stop hotel for family.
Pelayanan perfect from the beginning till the end.
Receptionist atas nama Alya sangat perfect dan mengerti pekerjaannya dengan baik, pengetahuan mengenai brand sangat excellent,
Breakfast staff Mbak Ellisah, sangat attentive dan tau dengan baik guestnya yang menginap lebih dari 1 malam.
fasilitas yang sangat terjaga dengan baik dan makanan yang disajikan baik breakfast, stall tenant ataupun room service dengan rasa yang sangat baik.

"You're in the middle of paradise here! Totally beautiful and serene. This is tea country with tea plantations surrounding the area
My only complaint was at the restaurant which charged me almost USD 3 for green tea! Apparently, the only free tea is one local brand but since they are in tea country, I believe they could do better by offering what is local."
"Great hotel and area surrounding. The twin bed are too small though (single bed size) Breakfast also great! The pool has 2 warm jacuzzi and the kids pool were also warm."

2. has own parking slot for each cottage
3. swimming pool is quite big
4. spacious cottage but condition is not maintained
5. cottage 01-06 is noisy as behind these cottages is a road where a lot of motorbikes passing. cottage 09-14 is more quiet. "
