"First, we got a room with a noisy bathroom exhaust fan. We reported it and had to call many times and wait in total for almost 1 hour until someone arrive with a new fan. We asked for a new room because they will take some time to replace the fan and we wanted to take a shower soon. Why didn't they just offered us a new room from the beginning instead of making the guest waiting??? The new room is the same type on the upper floor. The bathroom has black moldy sealant on the bottom corners...

"Worst hotel experience we have had in Indonesia. Bath leaked on the floor, strong smell of sewer/sewer gas in bathroom and room, dirty crib mattress and crib. Dinner in restaurant was poor - we were the only customers and had to wait nearly an hour for food. Which was cold. Egg in soup was cold and undercooked.
