"Esse hotel já deveria ter fechado há muito tempo. O lugar parece abandonado. Péssimo em todos os sentidos. Extremamente escuro e difícil de chegar aos quartos, que tem móveis velhos e ruins. Não tem nenhum serviço de quarto. Ninguém sequer trocou as toalhas no segundo dia e não havia ninguém para levar novas toalhas no quarto. "When I checked in, the Indian-looking female staff member was not very helpful. I asked to move to a room a bit further from the elevator. The woman said the room was full and she couldn't do anything. She just asked me to check on the computer. If there wasn't any, that was fine. Her face was not smiling."

My partner is an athlete and was prepping for a competition and needed a quiet space to yoga, but the yoga space in the gym was unavailable to be accessed or used; despite the facility not being booked by a personal trainer. The gym/spa staff were not helpful towards the request to use this part of the gym facility from a hotel guest, notwithstanding that the hotel promotes access to the gym.
