"We had a wonderful stay, the check in process was easy. The area was quiet and peaceful. Close to public transport and tourist hot spots. The property was lovely, clean and had everything we needed. Wonderful hosts who were excellent at communicating with us."

"A quiet spot in a residential area. Easy access to shopping and restaurants. Close to transport corridors. Lovely home and well stocked pantry with the basics. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Braddon Sanctuary. The villa unit is well equipped, spacious and comfortable with great off street parking. The location is excellent, just a short walk to the vibrant Lonsdale St or to Civic and even walking distance to the War Memorial. William is a great host, easily contactable and very responsive. This was our second visit and we’ll definately stay there again. "

"Beautifully appointed home in a really nice quiet location. Comfy beds and seating. Bedrooms and bathroom layout give plenty of privacy for all parties. Plenty of crockery, towels and cleaning products. Just marked down one star as only had 1 saucepan but 6 frying pans. Very easy access to city and major tourist sites. Would be happy to stay there again. "

"We needed a larger property in Canberra at short notice to accommodate family members coming together from around the country and overseas. The Watson property is in a quiet neighborhood with shops and a nice cafe a short walk away. The property can house a lot of guests and the self contained separate flat is a nice bonus providing a separate space for two people. "Highly recommend this 2x1 house which has everything you could possibly need for any amount of time. We were surprised how big this place was inside. Each bedroom has either a queen or king bed, semi ensuite, massive lounge area and great kitchen, dining area and lovely little patio out the back. The owner was very friendly and quick with replies. "We stayed for 5 nights in this very comfortable and convenient apartment. it is light and bright and very well fitted out with everything we could want. When there was a small problem with the coffee machine, the owner who lives next door fixed it obligingly and quickly. We are very happy with all aspects of this property. We have stayed here before and hope to stay again as we visit Canberra quite often"

"Spacious with a very nice location and great view of the lake. It's missing key kitchen items like drinking glasses, salt and pepper, cooking oil and cleaning supplies that would have made our stay more comfortable. Could have used a few extra towels and maybe some blackout blinds for the rooms that get a lot of light due to the nice large windows that walk out to the balconies. Overall a really good stay for a large group. The host was great with check-in times and communication."
