"I had a great stay. Very comfortable and spacious room. Easy to park and to access. They had a text message service, which was very nice and convenient to ask about any questions we might had during our stay."
"We stayed for a quick rest before heading out to Desolation Sound. It was clean and convenient. The rooms are a bit snug but newly renovated and great for a short stay! "
"The staff were so friendly; we had a great dinner in the restaurant. Great room and comfortable bed. The fridge was working well in our room. I would recommend staying at your hotel to anyone who needs accommodation in Port Hardy. "

The only thing would be the parking lot could be swept, a bit of garbage and construction debris was present. "
"We had a wheel chair accessible room + pet friendly room it was perfect! They had a stopper on the door to keep it open, the doors were nice & wide to go through, and the bathroom was huge and easier to turn and maneuver around for my mom. They had bars around the toilet and the walk in / sit shower. Breakfast was terrific too with a good variety while we were there for 2 nights. They even had bunnies outside for my dog to chase, so it dog approved as well! He loves this place!"
"What a friendly staff and beautiful property. The cabins are clean and cute with plenty with a small kitchen. The restaurant serves delicious meals and we enjoyed a fun indoor pickleball game too! Great place to stay. Highly recommend. "

"This a gorgeous location. Our almost two week stay with ocean view was happy and carefree.
We saw a whale watching tour launch from the painters lodge dock. The marine building near the dock was open every day with information on tours and adventures. The heated swimming pool was refreshing. The spa is being upgraded so there will be an outdoor hotub. Our family utilized the onsite gym.
We met the new owners , and managers who were all so welcoming towards us.
We had many meals on the deck...
"We stayed here for just one night, during the train stopover.
This hotel is very well decorated and the rooms are comfortable. The staff is very good, and you have the chance to enjoy breakfast before heading to the station, once it opens at 5 am and it is included in the fare, which is a very nice touch! :)
There are some restaurants, drugstores and a supermarket in a walking range (5 -10 minutes), so the location helps a lot when you don't have a car.
I would definetely stay here...

"Eu e minha filha ficamos hospedadas por 18 dias e achamos a localização do hotel ótima, perto do shoping, metrô, mercado, barzinhos ! O bar do hotel tbem é muito gostoso e o atendimento tbem foi muito bom, principalmente da Polyana que é brasileira nos nos atendeu de uma forma muito bacana nos fornecendo muitas dicas!
Nosso apto foi muito bom para as nossas necessidades! Cama bem confortável, uma banheira de hidromassagem, uma cozinha com alguns talheres, pratos , chácaras, frigobar, cafeteira, microondas! Gostei da sacada que dava para uma área verde e tranquila!!
Retornaria e indicaria com certeza!!"
"Pegamos o Hotel por ser perto do aeroporto, quarto agradável, espaço bom, minha reclamação é que em 3 diárias que fiquei, ninguém arrumou e limpou o quarto, em nenhum dia. saíamos, ficávamos até a noite na rua passeando e quando chegávamos o quarto estava igual, com lixo no banheiro, camas desarrumadas, enfim, serviço inexistente e péssimo em relação ao quarto. "
