"Você logo se dá conta que está um lodge diferente quando um staff se posta na recepção para recebê-lo sem grande afetação ou cerimônia,e sim com genuína disposição de atendê-lo... Dai ao inúmeros encanto desse local singular, suas instalações e seus serviços são um crescente! Não há dúvida que está entre os melhores dos melhores que visitamos (e não foram poucos!). Aproveitem! "You'd be hard pressed finding another property with better value for money. The property itself is even better than the pictures, you're located right across the road from the beautiful lake with views of Mt Ruapehu, all amenities are easily accessible, the rooms are spacious, peaceful, clean and in excellent condition. We were lucky enough to have a room with a spa - perfect way to unwind and warm up.

"Staff was great and love the fact that it’s pet friendly. Not easy to find in NZ. Unsure why there was a $20 surcharge for having a pet at the check in that wasn’t mentioned in Expedia when booking though. Might need to look at that. "
