"Heavy frost outside, cosy inside. We had a great Matariki weekend - biked from the house to do the Old Coach Road and also did a walk up the mountain. House was very warm and beds so comfortable. I bought a few more wine glasses for the recycling centre to top up the supply Cheers"

"Had a couple of nights here and really enjoyed the relaxing, rustic atmosphere. Fireplace was a lovely addition and kept the place feeling cosy all weekend. Was a bit tricky finding the house in the dark, but as long as you know it's behind the front house, then it's no issue at all. Definitely keen to come stay here again."

"Beautiful place to stay, and I have stay in some of the best places and this is one of them, it’s got everything that we needed, location is great, parking space is awesome, books and games for the family was well thought off, the laundry dry room was amazing, nice touch to the place, very clean and spacious for everyone, we just love this place, closer to the shops and beautiful walks and scenery all around this lovely little town, and the people are friendly. We will be back again."
