"My 2 friends and I enjoyed our stay here. We each had our separate bedrooms, 3 bathrooms between us and a spacious area to gather. The outside porch area was comfortable and shaded. We spent a lot of time there. In roughly 300 steps we were on the beach and had beautiful views of both the sun & moonrises. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, etc. The house was very clean. We enjoyed watching the iguanas sunbathe as well. We all agreed we would return! We highly recommend!"

"Overall, we have a very enjoyable stay in Margate. Several very-minor quibbles, none of which impacted our enjoyment. We searched for a private place with hot tub and pool. We got what we wanted. Margate is further from the beach than we would have liked - half hour from Pompano Beach and Lauderdale by the Sea - but that did not stop us. We went to the beach every day, went back and soaked in the hot tub. Very nice itinerary! Also, there is a very nice park with tennis and pickleball courts...

"We came to the Deerfield Beach area to visit family and this villa was absolutely perfect place to have as our home base. "Husband and I stayed here for a few days on our honeymoon. Property is beautiful, clean, and well taken care of. Location is great, just a short walk from the beach and all of the shopping and restaurants, but far enough that it’s still peaceful and private. Stefanie is so nice and easy to get ahold of. We encountered some bees in one of the trees during our stay and she had someone out to the house to take care of it within a couple hours. I have zero complaints and wouldn’t hesitate to stay...
