The house was spacious and we loved all the sliding door access to the back yard. The pool was great. Everything was a described in the listing. We truly enjoyed our stay here. It is also conveniently located near grocery stores, shopping, parks, and the beach. It truly is a hidden gem!"

"We came to the Deerfield Beach area to visit family and this villa was absolutely perfect place to have as our home base. The location is excellent and we walked to the beach and intercoastal in minutes. The place was spotless and beautifully decorated and the yard was spectacular and like a sanctuary. There was a sunken hot tub and tiki bar and lush tropical gardens and it was all private. The center tree was to attract butterflies and it was filled with butterflies. It created a magical place...

The house is really well stocked with everything a vacation rental should have (plus LOTS of towels, beach chairs, etc.) It’s a quick drive to Deerfield Beach. We really enjoyed grilling out one evening by the pool. And as a special touch, there were fresh flowers and cookies on the coffee table when we checked in. Highly recommend for your family."

"This is all about the location. Great spot close to beaches, Pompano Pier and restaurants with excellent vibe. Really nice pool with loungers, towels, and beach gear. House is mostly recent refurb, clean and neat, with all the amenities you’ll need, comfortable beds, and well stocked kitchen, including support products, spices, etc. Curb appeal and patio landscaping are on the low side, but everything else makes up for them (and they are not why you would rent this place anyway). Easy checkin...

"House was very nice & clean. Check-in was by code which I loved...my flight was delayed so code check-in was perfect. Nice lil best kept secret everything was great for our work/vacation. We come every year for our annual work trip. Definitely booking this one again!"

"The location was perfect and the property clean. I was disappointed that there was no towel rack or hook in the bathroom and no soap dish in the shower. Also this was billed as a 2 bedroom. The second bedroom could only be accessed thru the first bedroom and there was no sitting area to share other than a public space. All that said I would stay again."

"The house was as described. The highlight for us was the incredible backyard area bouldering the inter coastal. It’s always sunny, retractable shade available if you want shade. Kids loved the pool and pretend fishing off the dock. Neighborhood is extremely quiet. Definitely recommend it."
