"We had a very nice stay at the tiny house! (Keep in mind, it is tiny) But very comfortable!! An unique experience and the property was outstanding compared to all the other units in the vicinity. It had a nice spacious canal front deck, and kayaks with a launching deck. Complete mini kitchen and great coffee preps. The beds were very comfortable and unit was very clean and updated. Decorated nicely! Loved the loft! Great alternative to a hotel room. We would definitely stay at Matlacha Tiny...

"Condo was clean but dated from 1990's, Grounds overgrown around pool which was far from room. Grills are charcoal and old so we cooked in room. We did not know 2nd floor and I mentioned recent back surgery no interested in moving us. Charged my credit card money for cleaning fee and I had paid in full? Removed when I left but I had to check when I returned home. Then asked for customers to take out the garbage and then there was a tip envelope for maid? No daily maid service..."

"My family and I really enjoyed staying at Phillip and Ambers property. The neighborhood was beautiful and they thought of everything- there were extra blankets and pillows, soap, games and even ponchos! I’m not sure that the cost for pool heat was worth it as it was still too cold to be tolerable but we made do inside. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and are grateful to our hosts for opening their home!"

"Great view on the water - watched dophins swimming by and many birds. Very nice cabin. Had all we needed for our first visit to the area. comfortable beds. Kitchen well stocked. Convenient to all local attractions. Great staff - very friendly and helpful."

"We just returned from a week long stay and were very pleased with the house! Everything was clean and as represented in the pictures and descriptions. There really was something for every member of our group! The house was also conveniently located to all the Disney parks. The only small issue we had was late night noise next door on one night. It didn’t last long, and you certainly can’t blame that on the property. Overall a wonderful stay!!"

"Super location! Updated kitchen and bathroom. Clean and well maintained. Great for 2. Reasonably priced too. I do wish the plants in front could be trimmed as there really is no view of the ocean from inside or on the front porch."

"All of the other reviews sold us on staying here, and once we arrived, we were not let down. Upon arrival, check-in was very easy and what was really remarkable is the house is very, very clean. Furthermore, everything you would need to support a family is already at the house. Prior to arrival, we received a great email with suggestions about where to eat, things to do, etc. We spent some time in the community pool and water park, but our family actually really enjoyed. Just lounging in...

"The house is very clean an organized...laundry is a plus...really quite Condo and close to everything. We went to Medieval Dinner Time, just 4 min from the house, really nice experience, and another day just at the pool. Planning to comeback soon!!! Catalina is very friendly and just a text away from you."
