The only thing we could possibly criticise slightly are the restaurant, which doesn't offer a lot of choice - but that probably reflects the limitations of a relatively small lodge versus a big hotel."

"This property accepted our reservation AND FULL PAYMENT for the stay but was SOLD OUT and they refused to REFUND our money!!!!! And there is no recourse through Expedia! Unfortunately, this is not the first time I've had problems with this platform but it will be the last. Never using Expedia again for any reservations."

Byron in guest services, Pie'Oh the Chef and Florence the housekeeper were excellent and went out of their way to make our stay relaxing & comfortable. "We had a group of eight people who stayed at the Kafusi Lodge this past July. We really loved the environment. Being that the site is a little out of the center of town, the lodge and the area around it was very peaceful and quiet. Both buildings that we stayed in were clean and well-kept. "Ich kam viel eher als zum offiziellen Check-In (14:00 Uhr) an der Lodge an. Sofort wurde ich sehr freundlich empfangen und die Wartezeit, bis mein Zimmer fertig war konnte ich sehr angenehm an Pool und Bar verbringen. Bereits um 11.30 Uhr konnte ich dann bereits in mein Zimmer. Die Küche und der Service waren hervorragend gut und alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und serviceorientiert.
