"The house was PERFECT for a large family with 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The pool was perfect & the house had all the essentials to get through the week. The host was wonderful, very responsive, very accommodating, & very friendly ! Highly recommend for families ! "

"We rented to attend my sons graduation from FSU. Home clean and comfortable, but could use more kitchen essentials. Home had no butter knives or dishwasher soap. But other then that was very nice."

"The VRBO was nice, just a few minor defects: there a was a bulb out in the bathroom in the master bedroom, the water pressure in the shower in the master bathroom was low, and the hot and cold indicators for the shower and sink in the master bathroom were reversed. One last thing is to detail where the washer and dryer are located. These are just minor things that definitely do not draw away from how nice this VRBO is."

Very close to USF, only an hour from the beautiful Anna Maria Island beach. Extremely clean and just like the pictures on the VRBO site. Full kitchen, comfy beds, nice bathrooms! Nice cold AC. Owner VERY EASY to communicate. It was always only minutes before I got a response. I was very impressed all around and if his daughter chooses USF you...
