"Really nice place to stay. Our room was very small but we knew this in advance. We were there during a heatwave so the pool was amazing. The airconditioning is also great. Breakfast is good, really nice pistachio croissants. The restaurant next to the hotel is a nice place to eat. Only negatives thing would be that the hotel is a bit noisy, you can hear people in the hallway in the morning for example. "

"The property is located in a small neighborhood below Beram just outside Pazin. Its central location provides easy access to hill towns and seaside areas of Istria as well as day trips to explore Slovenia and Trieste. The property manager lives in the neighborhood and always immediately responded to our questions or assistance requests. We arrived mid-September just as the weather became unseasonably cold. As a result, the bedrooms and bathrooms were very chilly as they are not heated. The...

" Wir haben uns im zweiten Jahr in dieser Villa erholt! Super erholsamer Familienurlaub - Top!Die Kommunikation zum Vermieter Ronald lief problemlos. Das Haus ist einem guten Zustand und ist super schön und sauber. Auch unsere Hund haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt.Der Pool ist top. Ich kann das Haus voll und ganz weiterempfehlen. Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. "

"Wir waren nur zu zweit mit Hund und suchten Ruhe und Erholung. Das haben wir zu 100 % gefunden. Die Lage ist einmalig. Das Haus war sehr sauber und gemütlich, wir haben uns sofort Wohl gefühlt. "Wir waren eine Gruppe aus 7 jungen Erwachsenen und haben 1 Woche Urlaub gemacht. Trotz dessen dass wir leider schlechtes Wetter hatten, hat die Unterkunft viel geboten, einen beheizbaren Pool, das musste nur einmal kommuniziert werden und nach paar Stunden kam jemand und hat den Pool angemacht, die Heizung hat 1/2 Tage gedauert, dafür war dieser danach sehr angenehm warm. Ein Tennisplatz mit Flutlicht, also ich meine was will man mehr, man kann auch Fußballtennis oder Basketball spielen, also...

"Vielen vielen Dank an Chantal und ihre Familie! Wir hatten 2 wundervolle Wochen in ihrem Ferienhaus! Alles ist liebevoll eingerichtet, der Garten ist groß mit vielen Rückzugsmögliichkeiten. Nicht zu vergessen der kleine aber feine Pool und der traumhafte Blick aufs Meer! "

"Wir haben die Zeit in Podpec sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr alt und sehr speziell und eine Reise wert. Man kann von dort schöne Wanderungen beginnen, aber auch mit dem Auto schnell am Meer und in Triest sein. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich. "Wir haben die zwei Wochen sehr genossen. Vor allem diese Ruhe - keine Touristen oder Verkehr. Sehr nette Vermieterin, die dieses alte urige Häuschen hergerichtet, aber den alten Charakter erhalten hat! Steinboden, krumme Balken, alte Möbel - für Liebhaber ein Kleinod. Das Dorf Trsek allerdings besteht leider aus vielen Ruinen und nur wenigen bewohnten Häusern, was dann ja wieder super ist, wegen der Ruhe! Mitten auf einem Hügel zwischen Weinbergen und Olivenhainen. Natur pur!"

Das Haus liegt etwas abgelegen am Berg, dafür hat man eine wundervolle Aussicht auf die Bucht. Es war alles im Haus vorhanden was man braucht um ein paar schöne Tage zu verbringen. "Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Feines Häuschen mit tollem Pool, sehr schöne Lage. Die Gastgeberin hat uns immer wieder mit Gemüse aus dem Garten verwöhnt und gute Tipps (Ausflüge, Gasthäuser etc. in der Nähe) gegeben. Kleiner Kritikpunkt: Die Betten haben keinen Lattenrost und waren daher unbequem. Insgesamt aber eine unbedingte Empfehlung!"

"Das Haus war genau wie beschrieben. Die Küche ist etwas klein, aber wirklich alles, was man benötigen könnte, ist vorhanden. Die Schlafzimmer/Betten sind gut, ein Zimmer hatte ein Bett mit leicht kaputter Matratze, da hat dann aber die nette Vermieterin Adriana sofort reagiert und für Abhilfe gesorgt, am Samstag wurde sogar ein neuen Bett eingebaut. Naja, und das Außengelände ist super, der Pool, aber auch die umliegenden Wiesen wurden von uns zum Federball-/Boule-/Frisbee-Spielen genutzt. Man...

"Wir waren 1 Woche mit 2 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern in dem Ferienhaus. Das Haus bietet für 5 Personen ausreichend Platz. Mit mehr als 5 Personen wird es in der Essküche evtl. etwas eng. Der Poolbereich ist super. Die Vermieter haben uns ganz neue Liegen hingestellt. Wir haben Gabriel von der Vermieterfamilie kennengelernt. Er hat uns das Haus gezeigt etc. Sehr nett. Von den Vermietern bekommt man ansonsten nichts mit. Am Meer ist man in ca. 30-35 Minuten."

"Wir waren 12 Personen und haben den Aufenthalt in der Familie sehr genossen. Viel Platz, ein schöner Pool, großartige Lage mit schöner Aussicht. Eine toll ausgestattete Küche. Die Eigentümer haben auf alle Fragen schnell und verlässlich beantwortet und alles getan, damit wir uns wohl fühlen. Jederzeit wieder."
