Chloe Villa measures 160m2 and can accommodate comfortably up to 15 guests .


The main entrance of the villa leads to a modern and spacious living room with fully equipped kitchen and dining area as well as a master bathroom with shower. The living room features two 3-seater sofas that can be turned into double beds (150x210cm).


The ground floor offers 3 bedrooms, one of which is a master bedroom with a Queen sized bed (160x200cm) and en-suite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom offers 2 Single beds (90x200cm) that can be joined to one King sized bed (180x200cm) and a single sofa-bed (75x190cm), whereas the third bedroom offers 2 Single beds (90x200cm) that can be joined to one King sized bed (180x200cm) as well.


A few stairs to the lower level lead to one more spacious bedroom with a Queen sized bed (160x200cm) and a 3-seater sofa convertible into a double bed (150x210cm) through a practically effortless operating mechanism.


The front furnished veranda of the villa offers private swimming pool and garden view as well as direct access to the pool.


A barbecue area together with dining table are available for the guests to enjoy delicious poolside meals.

Villa Chloe features 4 bedrooms, 2 with Queen sized beds (160x200) and 2 with two Single beds each. 2 Single beds can be joined into a King sized bed(180x200) upon advanced notice.
