"天使格蘭飯店，有line的客服，還沒出發前，就能在客服上詢問許多資料，線上先預辦check in，可直接帶著QR code去使用飯店電腦就可以辦入住，印出的紙張上就有門房密碼，基本上記住密碼，就可以進出房間 大浴場有二處，本館的浴場較小，室內外各一池， 餐廳樓上的浴場比較大，有很多池，外面還有二台按摩椅，跟腳底按摩機，超舒服的 不過搭接駁車的人真的很多，原本預計搭10點離開的車，後來等到10點半才能坐上車，好險訂了11點初的JR離開，所以要預留時間"

"We have booked the shuttle in the wrong hotel and would miss our skiing class, but the owner is so helpful and tried her best to help us. "這裡是一間感覺就很舒適的郊區民宿，我當初是因為趕著在出發前一個星期訂的，所以這裡距離新幹線車站比較遠，但是大大降低我的預算相較於大火車站附近。 外觀看起來就是很大的日式深山家庭的樣子，房間不多，我猜是6間吧。 一進去主人就馬上解釋哪裡放雪靴，滑板與各項設施。 這裡有大客廳讓客人去使用，雖然很冷，但是電熱毯桌子好舒服，在那裡吃了小7買的需微波晚餐，還有熱水泡茶，大電視看日本綜藝節目，哈 沒想到還有公眾浴池，很棒啊以民宿來說!可以一次泡四個人的溫泉喔 早餐很營養豐富，因為主人家也會吃，所以食材不馬虎喔！請看我的照片嘍 雖然遠離各地，但是主人會馬上問你隔天行程，去哪滑雪，何時載你去與回來，其實沒啥交通問題只要你都想好，照時間表走就好。 適合最多到四個人來住，開車更好，都有位子停，白天外面的精緻很美啊！"

"I stayed for one night to try snowboarding the next morning for the first time, I was very surprised by how helpful and friendly the staff was and there is a public bath at a walkable distance. "This is an exceptional ryokan. Only three rooms but very large rooms with a sunroom with "western style" chairs for those of us who aren't as limber as we used to be. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Quiet location with excellent views of the mountains. The food here is sensational and comes with English explanations of the dishes. They are very particular in adhering to any requests guests may have with regard to what they can and can't eat. The dining room has "western style" seating...

"石打丸山スキー場に家族で行くために２泊させていただきました。 サンライズエキスプレスのすぐ近くにあることは、前から知っており、家族で泊まりました。 場所はリフトの目の前で最高です。石打丸山の駐車場料金も半分キャッシュバックしてくれました。 部屋は綺麗に掃除されており快適でした。他の宿泊者が廊下を歩いたりする音は聞こえますが、私は気にはなりませんでしたし、ある程度は仕方ないと思います。 他の部屋で騒いだりしたらうるさくは感じるかもしれませんが、幸い宿泊した日程は静かに過ごすことができました。 お風呂は近くの温泉を利用しましたので、こちらのお風呂は使っていませんが、混雑している感じはなかったので、空いている時間に入れば快適かと思います。 従業員の方も丁寧に接客してくださってありがとうござしいました。ご家族で経営なさっているのでしょうか小さい子も手伝っているようでした。 また機会があれば是非利用させてください。"
