"First time visiting Amelia Island and found this very economical place to stay. Wonderfully unique place to stay about 1 block walk to the beach. The bed was a little small for 2 so I used the sofa bed- comfortable enough. Owners try to keep the place very clean and eco-friendly. "

"Overall Great! Very short walk to the beach, not too congested, easy to get in and out, nice restaurant next to the property. The property common areas areas was well kept and clean - garage, elevator, hallways. The unit was nice and clean. We really like staying at places with a smart tv so we can use our own streaming service. The only feedback i have is that the shower head needs to be replaced, the current one is really bad."

"My stay was again amazing. We stayed last year in this rental and was so impressed we booked it again for this year. Very well equipped apartment and plenty of towels for the stay. Steps from uncrowded pristine beaches. Location is perfect. It is a short drive to the downtown area of the City of Fernandina Beach."

"We stayed a weekend.With those views you don’t want to leave the condo.Great Beach, Nice Pool.Chris is great and responsive with any needs.The town of Fernandina is a short drive away. Great restaurants. But be prepared to wait most have no reservations. Do Take out and eat in the balcony. That’s the ticket."

"Stayed second year in a row. This time much cleaner. Brought older daughter who had a great time. Only downside was no umbrella and only 2 chairs which we bought (at Walmart for 70 and left for the next renter). We will come in May next time….a little too hot. But overall great time. "

"We really enjoyed our stay here, the kitchen was well equipped, house was clean, location was great. We were two couples and one single and it was a perfect size. Nice porch out front to relax and easy walk across a very quiet "street" (wouldn't even really call it a street) to the beach. There were people there but not crowded at all. "
