The Annex

Welcome to our Annex, our idyllic and relaxing desert dune swell. Inside, our modern home features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a gorgeous backyard with a pool and spa. Centrally located in Yucca Valley, it’s just a short drive to Joshua Tree and Pioneertown.
Between the outdoor area and the game room (featuring a pool table and fooseball table), the Annex is designed with relaxation and quality time in mind.
The space
Our home provides sleeping arrangements for up to 6-8 guests as follows:
3 Bedrooms + 1 twin rollaway bed
- Room #1 features 1 king bed and 1 twin rollaway bed (3 people max)
- Room #2 features 1 queen bed (2 people max)
- Room #3 features 1 full bed with 1 twin trundle bed (3 people max)
Guest access
You will have full access to the entire property during your stay. The home features keyless entry so we will send you the code to enter the home before your arrival.
Other things to note
Check-in and property details will be provided 48 hours prior to your arrival.

Check-in begins at 3 PM. Early check-in cannot be guaranteed and can be granted only on a case-by-case basis. You can ask if early check-in can be granted by contacting us via the AirBnB app 24 hours prior to your arrival.

Check-out is at 10 AM. We will have a check-out procedure for you in our Welcome Binder.

This is an energy conscious household and the house temperature is kept at 78 in the summer and 73 in the winter.
The hot tub has a max usage time of 3 hours per use.

During your stay, please enjoy: pillows, bed sheets and blankets for all the beds; bath towels; 2 small hair dryers; an iron and ironing board; hand soap; body wash, shampoo and conditioner; dishwasher soap; laundry detergent; and cleaning supplies. For those staying longer and intend to work remotely so we can offer additional working peripherals if available.
