Our bright and airy space mirrors the beauty of the surrounding desert. This 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath house works well for friends, couples, and families who want to experience all that Joshua Tree has to offer. We can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests.
The property comes with a pool table, swimming pool, hot tub, fire pit, and BBQ to maximize your outdoor fun all year round.
** Pool Heating **
Pool heating is available so you can enjoy it during cooler weather! There is a nightly fee and it must be paid for the entirety of your stay. Please let us know at least 48 hours prior to your check-in as we’ll need time to properly heat the pool for your stay. The pool will be heated to approximately 84 degrees.

Foosball Table and Cornhole game set in the backyard. Our bedroom and living room also have smart TVs. All of our TVs come with Disney+, HBO Max, Hulu, and Netflix! We also offer fast and reliable Wi-Fi so you can stay connected.
Four of the bedrooms come with a queen and 1 bedroom that has a King bed. Each bed has a high-quality mattress and brand-new bedding so that you can sleep in coolness and comfort each night.
The bathrooms come with essentials, including a hairdryer, towels, soap, and shampoo, for your convenience.
While downtown Joshua Tree offers fun local restaurants, sometimes nothing beats a relaxing meal at home. Our huge, fully stocked kitchen has everything you need for a fun dinner with the group:

Pool heating is upon request only $100 per night for the rest of their stay, and you should notify us at least 48 hrs prior to your arrival.
We also welcome your little pooch! There is a pet fee of $150 and additional $50 for the 3rd pet.

Our guests’ health, safety, and well-being are our top priority.***
We also service our pool between each guest to ensure it's perfect for your stay.
Please be respectful of our neighborhood. This house is in a quiet community, and as such, we require that guests avoid loud music, parties at night, or hosting large groups. If we receive a noise complaint, we will have to contact the appropriate authorities. Upon a 2nd noise complaint, you will be asked to leave. To ensure that our guests do not exceed a certain volume level and disturb our neighbors, we use a NoiseAware decibel level monitoring device.
No smoking is allowed on our property. If our cleaners smell smoke, you will be charged a fine starting at $300.00. We care deeply about the health and wellbeing of our guests and smoke of any kind leaves a smell for the guests after you.
Please clean up after yourself. There is an extra cleaning fee if the house is left in disarray.
For your safety, we have security cameras in the front and backyard.
